On purchasing a mobile phone and contract directly from 3 you will be able to login to your 'MY3' account via the internet. Here you will be able to access your bills which will be kept online for 11 months. You can also check you balance and find out what to do if your mobile doesn't work or if it's lost or stolen.
You will also be able to top up, find out how to upgrade your mobile, change your address if you move and an explanation of using your mobile abroad.

Broadband access is provided by a funky new dongle which is plugged directly into the USB port on your laptop making freedom to serve the net and check email while on the move, quick and easy.
